Every Daniele Bardis piece begins with a name—a reflection of its soul and story. Whether it’s Lunaris, inspired by the moon’s ethereal beauty and its beautiful crescent silhouette, or Prismatica, celebrating the geometric precision of light, or Zendaris, just to name a few.
Each name is chosen with care to resonate deeply with its essence. These names are never arbitrary. They are deliberate, sometimes they can be existing names or sometimes they were born from the inspiration. These captivating names are infused with meaning, personality and sense of beauty even in the sound, ensuring that every creation feels personal and deeply connected to its narrative.

Breaking Boundaries, Redefining Luxury

Every day, I wake up with excitement for what we are designing, developing, and bringing to life. My products and their design, not only look and feel truly unique, yet they are not about following conventions, they are instead about defying them. Every creation for me is a like a new painting, a masterpiece, a new challenge that keeps me awake at night and truly ignited. I believe in breaking traditional norms and reimagining what luxury bags can truly be. For me, it's a surge of creative energy-exploring my vision and pushing the boundaries of my expertise in luxury design. It excites me to discover what is genuinely innovative, to give life to something entirely new, imbued with love, attention, and detail that ultimately defines the category itself. This isn’t just design; it’s a quiet revolution—an infusion of innovation, vision, design that creates a magical storytelling, and artistry that takes you to a world reflecting a relentless pursuit of excellence and a refreshing design that breaks the predictability of innovation.

Creative Directors are born, not made

Great creative direction isn’t something you can learn from manuals, classrooms, or big-name pedigrees—though those can help. The greatest and those I have most admired, have stemmed from a natural instinct, an unshakable vision of what’s next, and what really love and want to wear, a relentless drive to innovate, and an innate passion for creating every detail. My journey as a designer didn’t begin with industry privilege but with a dream and an unyielding determination to break boundaries. I consider that my journey which encompassed every single facet of creating garments and handbags, has brought me to where we are now, a clear vision and direction in our pursuits.  
From my earliest days in the fashion industry, I realised my ambition couldn’t be contained by conventional systems. My vision for reshaping geometries and creating extraordinary designs was simply too expansive. After years of working for others, refining my vision an understanding who i really was, I decided to forge my own path, founding a vision, creating a brand where here in london where my creativity could flourish, unshackled by tradition and free from the predictability of soulless, repetitive products.

From Zero to Hero

That is how I truly became a creative director—not through manuals or titles, but through an unstoppable, irrepressible feeling within me, a force that demanded I embrace the creative freedom to be who I truly am. Working for others was a valuable experience; it shaped my comprehensive understanding of fashion design and product development. But it was never who I was meant to be.
Who I am is the person I am today: ambitious, relentless, and driven. I started my career from absolute zero, building something extraordinary from nothing. While my company may still be small compared to the legacy and time of major luxury brands, what I have created is truly remarkable.
I’ve broken boundaries in design, creating something deeply personal, something drawn from my life and vision. My work is more than just products—it is a tangible expression of my personality, my soul, and my DNA. Each creation is an extension of who I am as a person, a creative, and a company. It reflects my aesthetics, my ambition, and my desire to build a world that is uniquely mine.

The Power of Emotion: Inspired by Motion, Speed, and Beauty

As a teenager, I fell in love with Bugatti supercars—their sleek lines and dynamic curves ignited my imagination. My passion for motion and craftsmanship began there, with the exhilaration of speed and the elegance of design on four wheels. Over time, this fascination expanded to the timeless beauty of 1950s sports cars. The elongated rears and pointy lights—bold symbols of an era defined by distinctive design and unparalleled artistry. From the iconic gullwing doors of the Mercedes 300 SL to the flowing, aerodynamic forms of retro vehicles, these masterpieces of motion and style became a cornerstone of my creative inspiration.This passion later evolved into an appreciation for the groundbreaking aesthetics and engineering of today’s supercars. Modern icons like Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Bugatti’s new-generation models carry a futuristic dynamism that continues to captivate me. Their precision, boldness, and innovative spirit mirror my vision for creating handbags, garments, jackets and accessories that evoke the same emotional resonance.These influences are woven into my designs, from polished finishes reminiscent of luxury car interiors to the symmetry, precision, and emotion that define them. Every piece I create carries the same sense of awe and movement as the cars that inspired them.

Rooted in Geometry, Inspired by Nature

Since the inception of my brand, geometry has been the foundation of my work, and nature provides endless inspiration. From the spirals of seashells from where I grew up in Italy by the sea to the symmetry of London’s Gothic cathedrals, my designs draw from patterns that feel both organic and timeless.
For me this connection to nature ensures that every creation feels alive—ergonomic, dynamic, and harmonious. I have never embraced squared shapes: way too predictable specially in the world of luxury handbags; personally I prefer more organic and dynamic shapes than a simple square to be used to design a luxury handbag.
In nature, you rarely find rigid shapes or structures like squares, and neither do I in my designs.
Organic and dynamic forms take precedence over predictable lines and shapes in all my designs, products, and creative vision, where every element is meticulously crafted to defy conventions and inspire awe.

A Fusion of Cultures and Eras

Raised in Italy and refined in London, my work is a fusion of two worlds: the artisanal excellence of Italian craftsmanship combined with the cutting-edge innovation of London’s global fashion scene. This unique combination infuses my designs with passion and innovation. Cultural movements like Art Deco, Art Nouveau, and Futurism are deeply embedded in my creative DNA. These influences breathe through every design I create—even into my logo. The Daniele Bardis logo exemplifies this interplay of art and design. Its shield-like shape evokes Gothic architecture of London, while the stylised shell cresting the top speaks to the fluidity of natural forms inspired by shells which come from the shells i collected in my childhood in Italy. Every curve and line is deliberate, reflecting a commitment to beauty, precision, and storytelling.
For me, design is about creating pieces that captivate irresistibly-expressions of beauty, taste, and emotion that seamlessly blend artistry with purpose, evoking a sense of wonder and leaving an indelible impression.

A Revolution in Every Detail

Our Design Revolution isn’t about following trends or imitating the most iconic handbags from the major luxury brands, like many other designers do—it’s about rewriting the rules.

Combining technical expertise, artistic vision, and uncompromising quality, I create designs that redefine what the world of luxury bags can be. When I began designing handbags in 2020, it was uncharted territory for my brand. Yet, I found my way, allowing my DNA to flourish like sails catching the wind.

Today, that DNA is ever-evolving but more fully formed, enabling us to constantly innovate and embrace new challenges, whilst exploring and being open to new technologies. Each creation brings something fresh, unseen, and breathtaking—something that hasn’t been done or accomplished before. Every handbag is a wearable masterpiece, bridging the gap between the avant-garde and the timeless—a testament to what luxury can achieve when artistry, passion, and innovation converge.
